Captain Sam is a male character only seen in the film adaption of A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Biography[]
Captain Sam was a resident of Lake Lachrymose until he was captured and drowned in the lake by Count Olaf. His murderer (disguised as Captain Sham) would later recount his "tragic accident".
Behind the scenes[]
- Captain Sam was portrayed by Wayne Flemming in the film adaptation, but his scenes were cut from the theatrical version despite being listed in the end credits. However, they would later be included in the film's outtakes.
