Dr. Flammarion is a doctor who worked at the Colophon Clinic. He has an assistant, Nurse Dander, who is good with knives.
Dr. Flammarion attempted to help Hangfire destroy the town Stain'd-by-the-Sea. He drugged Doretta and Ignatius Knight with laudanum and kidnapped their daughter Cleo.
