The Fish District is the district Café Salmonella resides in. It smells, looks, sounds and (if the residents can bend down and lick its streets) probably taste like fish. The district is near a harbor. When ocean decoration is in, Jerome Squalor says they could have bought something from the fish district if they knew about this. There are no other mentions of it.
