The Fish District is the district the Café Salmonella resides in. It smells, looks, and sounds (and if you bent down and licked its streets it probably tastes) like fish. This district is near a harbor, possibly one destinination of the SS Prospero. When ocean decoration is popular, Jerome Squalor says they could have bought something from this district if they knew about the fad.
