Hal Hairdryer is a minor, unseen character mentioned in the third incident of File Under: 13 Suspicious Incidents, "Ransom Note."

Biography

Hal Hairdryer lived in Stain'd-by-the-Sea and ran the Hairdryer Emporium, known for being the loudest place in town, presumably due to the testing of hairdryers, assuming that is what was produced there. He is described as usually wearing a funny hat, and having two very serious arms.

Due to the draining of the sea, the town started to fade away, and a couple of weeks before the kidnapping of Jackie's dog, Lysistrata, Hal closed the Hairdryer Emporium and moved in with his brother, who owned Hairdryer's Salamis.
