Lemony Snicket: The Unauthorized Autobiography

Lena Pukalie is known to have written I Lost Something at the Movies (published through Voracious Film Discussions Press). On pages 302-303, she discussed the film Zombies in the Snow, in which she suggested it was hiding a coded message. 

Lemony Snicket notes her among his list of Count Olaf's associates.

Trivia

• Her name is an anagram for Pauline Kael, considered one of the most influential film critics of her era, and known for her "witty, biting, highly opinionated and sharply focused" reviews.
• Despite being considered an associate of Count Olaf (and, therefore, presumably the Firestarters), her book is included among Ms. K's reading list for potential VFD recruits.
