A shelf from the library
The Lucky Smells library is a library at Lucky Smells Lumbermill, mentioned in The Miserable Mill. It was created at the request of Charles, the partner of the boss of the lumbermill, Sir.
In the TV series, Violet sneaks into the library and finds a book called The History of Lucky Smells Lumbermill that gives her information about The Baudelaire family.
In the book series, the library only had three books:
- The History of Lucky Smells Lumbermill (written and donated by Sir)
- The Paltryville Constitution (donated by the mayor of Paltryville)
- Advanced Ocular Science (written and donated by Dr. Georgina Orwell)
In the Netflix series, there are many copies of the same book.
