Norma Rae is a minor character that appeared in The Miserable Mill : Part 1 and The Miserable Mill : Part 2. She works in Lucky Smells Lumbermill and is exclusive to the Netflix adaptation. She was portrayed by Australian actress Loretta Walsh.
