The Hostile Hospital[]

She is often quite cheerful, but isn’t very clever. She could be classed as psychopathic because when Klaus and Sunny (dressed as Dr. Faustus) try to stall from having to cut off Violet’s head, she yells “Cut off her head!”

She survives the Heimlich Hospital fire, and is seen afterwards helping in the search for the Baudelaires.

The Penultimate Peril[]

The Perky Volunteer later goes to Hotel Denouement in "The Penultimate Peril" and attends the trial of the Baudelaires and Count Olaf. At the start of the trial, the Perky Volunteer claimed that she heard that the Baudelaires cut off Count Olaf's head (likely because Olaf tried to cut off Violet’s head at the hospital where she worked) prior to Count Olaf being brought into the trial. She later claims that they are guilty. When the Hotel Denouement Fire begins, she is last seen on the first floor.
