Biography[]
R's Father was in a relationship with the Duchess of Winnipeg, and the two of them had a child, R. Presuming he and R's mother were married, this would make him a Duke of Winnipeg.
It is likely that he {and/or R's Mother) was a member of VFD, as R mentions having been watched by her VFD tutors in bed at night until they decided to recruit her. She also mentions that on her first visit home after recruitment, her father gifted her a cigar box.[2] The Duke, thus, likely knew of his daughter's involvement in the organization and thus was likely a member himself.
He died sometime before R's mother, as the death of his partner made R an orphan.[1]
