— Skip, on the events of the Lion Pit show
Skip Willums is a character exclusive to the Netflix adaptation of A Series of Unfortunate Events. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willums and the brother of Little Trixie Willums. He and his family are members of the audience at the Caligari Carnival, watching the Lion Pit show held by Count Olaf.
Skip is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Willums and has a sister, Little Trixie Willums. They likely live somewhere nearby the Caligari Carnival in The Hinterlands. Shortly after the so-called Baudelaire murderers supposedly burn down the Heimlich Hospital, Mr. Willums attends the Caligari Carnival for the lions show held by Count Olaf in which one of the carnival's three freaks was to be devoured and brings along his wife and his two children. During the show, Skip asks whether the whole event was legal, which annoys Olaf. After Madame Lulu ends up being thrown to the lions, Mr. Willums and his family are horrified. Trixie says she wants to go home, and Skip agrees with his sister. They most likely escape the carnival before Olaf and his theatre troupe burn it down.
